12-Month Trainers Route
This is by far our most popular route in becoming a licensed OCFM Trainer. It is also our most affordable program with 3 different payment options:
- Pay Monthly over 12-months.
- Pay your Annual Trainers licence fee over 4 consecutive months.
- Pay your Trainer license fee upfront and save almost 200 Dollars.
The Process:
First you enrol in the Trainers program as a Trainer-In-Training, engage in the online learning environments for 12-months (See below), then attend a yearly 2-day intensive OCFM Trainers Weekend, whereby afterwards you are performance evaluated for your first OCFM Trainer Licence. It is that easy. We really try and make the process of becoming an OCFM Trainer as stress free as possible.

The OCFM Trainers Virtual Gym - This is where we frequently add Video lessons, Drills and much more to help you in your OCFM Trainer Licence journey. Many existing OCFM Trainers also upload their Video clips and you are also encouraged to do so.
The OCFM Discussion Groups - Attached to the Online Gym are our exclusive discussion groups. Here if you post a question you will receive immediate responses and ‘how to’s’ from dozens of OCFM Trainers from around the world. This is an extremely valuable resource.
The OCFM Online Trainers Management System - This is our newest innovation in the OCFM program and promises to be the Ultimate resource for our OCFM Trainers. Watch online as Russell Stutely (OCFM International Coach) teaches you EXACTLY how to teach each and every part of the OCFM Trainers core syllabus. Then download the video, the written texts and you have your own ready made template from which to work and teach your Students and Clients.
You never have to worry again what you should be teaching in your OCFM sessions…we will show you everything and you will always feel like you are connected to the Team.

The OCFM has access to some of the finest minds in the Martial Arts Business World. We will share this data with you as an added bonus at NO EXTRA Charge. This information will pay for the Trainers licence on its own!

- Terms And Conditions
- Attending your yearly Trainers Camp and or Seminar is compulsory. If you don’t we cant license you, no matter how much work you did in the online Trainers ground. Camp dates are posted between December and January each year, then again in June and July, giving you months to prepare.
- Once you have officially signed up for the OCFM Trainers Program, you may only advertise yourself as a Trainer-in-Training in the program until such time that you are fully licensed.
- You may immediately begin teaching OCFM within your gym, as long as you do not misrepresent your position within the Trainers program.
- You are required to actively engage in the online OCFM gym, the online discussion groups and the online OCFM Trainers Learning Management System. Details will be sent to you about this, including relevant log-ins on joining.
- Trainer license fee is yearly. It is payable up front for 12-months.
- An OCFM Trainer is NOT a full OCFM Coach. You will as a Trainer automatically qualify to enrol on the Coach Program (The World Famous Russell Stutely Platinum Training Program)
